and short cylindrical neck and splayed rim that has been poorly tooled (one side is drooping). Free blown and tooled, with
some areas of very thin encrustation inside and out. PROVENANCE: Acquired at auction, Bonhams antiquities auction, Sale 16777, London, 29 April, 2009, part of Lot # 302. formerly in a Welsh private collection formed between the 1970s and
